Waffles with cake flour and rum!


250 g cake flour
4 packages of vanilla sugar
little bit of rum
250 g white sugar
5 eggs

1. Let the butter come to room temperature
2. use the mixer to get trough the butter and add the sugar
3. add rum, mix well
4. add eggs one by one
5. fold in flour
6. bake in hot waffle maker with deep wells
