Belgian Cookie Waffles!

5 cups of flour
7 eggs
2 cups of fine white sugar
2 packages of vanilla sugar (you can use vanilla extract when you can't find this)
3 sticks of butter

1. Put a pot on the stove and melt the butter
2. separate egg whites and beat them to snow
3. put egg yolks in a separate bowl and add the sugar and vanilla, beat well
4. add the butter to mix and stir well
5. add sifted flour to mixture and stir until you get nice dough
6. fold in the egg whites
7. let rest for half hour in fridge
8. bake in hot waffle maker!
