Cookie Waffles

You can keep these waffles at least for a week in an airtight container.

4 cups of self rising flour
2 cups of butter
2 cups fine white sugar
10 eggs
little bit of vanilla extract (in Belgium we use Vanilla sugar, if you can find it, use 1 package)

1. Take big container and mix the butter with the sugar, add vanilla
2. add the egg yolks one by one and mix well until you get a smooth batter
3. add flour to batter
4. take egg white and beat them to snow
5. fold in the egg snow
6. heat your waffle iron
7. start baking!
