Grandma's Recipe for Waffles with Beer!

For about 40 waffles:

2 cups of flour
1 stick of butter
2 eggs
3 tablespoons of white sugar
1/3 vanilla stick
1/2 tablespoon oil
1 cup of beer (best to use real Belgian beer)
1 cup of milk
20 grams  (= about 6 tablespoons) fresh yeast

1. put milk on stove together with vanilla stick and make lukewarm
2. take from the fire and solve the yeast in the milk
3. add the sugar, the beer, oil and egg yolks, beat well
4. add the sifted flour and the melted butter, mix well
5. beat the egg whites until stiff and fold it under the dough
6. cover it and put it in the fridge for 1 hour
7. bake in hot waffle iron!
8. serve with your favorite topping!
